In a particular project customer purchased batteries and inverters separately without pre-matching the communication procotol in the between. 

"The inverter cannot find the batteries, the readings are all zero" - said by the customer.

Battery module: 
GEMBATTERY GiB 48-100 (HV3U) 51.2V 100Ah per module

Battery bank:
Consisting of 5 modules making up 256V 100Ah / 25.6KWH with an external BCU with built-in BMS.

Inverter:
Deye Three Phase Hybrid inverter

The customer is at the site of outdoor battery cabinet, we made remote video chat with the customer and help them to solve the communication issue succeedfully, by a time of 1 hour.
